Sorceress of Synth Funk and Beantown Disco Queen

Saucy Lady is a Boston based DJ, vocalist, and songwriter who’s been making waves across the musical galaxy since her college radio days in the late 90s. She is classically trained in piano and voice and trained in jazz vocals and improvisation. With roots in Japan and the US, she weaves together funk, boogie, soul, jazz, R&B, house, and many other styles tailored to the audience. Besides her home base in Boston where she holds multiple DJ residencies, she travels the globe bringing her signature groove to every dance floor she visits.

Her journey through sound launched with the debut album Diversify in 2011, followed by Supanova in 2019, and Delirious in 2021 which soared to the top of Bandcamp charts. Her music has appeared on Defected’s Big Love and Re-Loved, Brooklyn’s Razor-n-Tape, Midnight Riot, and Star Creature. She’s been remixed by notable artists including Dr Packer, Rahaan, DJ Spinna, KON, and Yam Who?. In 2025 she dropped her fourth album Love Fest, a celebration of love and groove. Her voice can also be found on the latest Chaos in the CBD album, expanding her orbit even further. Recently, she teamed up with Chicago DJ Mark Grusane for house tracks including the single Take Me on Rush Hour Records. Saucy Lady shines in city pop too, singing in Japanese with her latest cover of Mariya Takeuchi’s Yume no Tsuzuki, her second collaboration with Australian DJ and producer Slynk.

She launched Dippin' Records, a vinyl first label serving up funk, house, and modern Brazilian boogie with artists like Young Pulse and others. Saucy Lady plays with purpose, creating a rhythm the crowd can trust and a vibe that resonates among the stars and transcends the ordinary.

ソーシー・レディは、クラシックピアノと声楽、さらにジャズボーカルと即興の訓練を受けた、ボストンを拠点とするDJ、ボーカリスト、ソングライターです。日本とアメリカにルーツを持ち、ファンク、ブギー、ソウル、ジャズ、R&B、ハウスなど、オーディエンスに合わせた多彩なスタイルを織り交ぜたプレイで知られています。90年代後半に大学ラジオのDJとしてキャリアをスタートして以来、彼女はボストンを拠点に複数のレジデンシーを持ちつつ、世界各地でフロアを盛り上げてきました。
